is it to take at THE SAME TIME everyday and WHY? Is it to get the right rythym for the body or something? AND ... Is there a reason it should be taken in the morning ...or is that just because you would most likely have an empty stomach then? I have a weird schedule and I am usually sleeping in the morning(get up most of the time around 3:00 pm) and up all night. Of course I want to get max benefits if I am going to take this. Thanks!
