    TSH -- 3.58
    T4 -- 7.5
    T3 Uptake -- 31
    Free Thyroxine Index -- 2.3

    Thyroglobulin Quantitiy -- 19.4

Anybody know if these are ok? I haven't asked my doctor about the results yet, I picked them up at the Lab myself.

Those are antiquated tests, the doctor should have ordered free t4 instead of total t4, ftee t3 instead of t3 uptake, which by the way does not say anything about t3, but is just a kinda badkwards ft4 test. the uptake test just tells you about vacant binding sites for ft4. Nothing about t3. t3 is just used in the test method. And it is totally obsolete, one just needs the ft4 instead. THe thyroglobulin is also obsolete here, it is just taken to figure out the ft4 form the total t4. The free thyroxine index is also obsolete, you just need the ft4.

The TSH is way too high.
    Your ft4 is probably low.
