So you can see your replies. the boards are slow on the weekends, so if this is not enough information for you, please feel free to bump your post for Monday when others will be back to help.

I had some of what you describle, but have gotten it under control with Magnesium. My eye used to jump and drive me crazy, but its stopped. Also would get the strangest shooting pains, like needles in my head, they also are gone.

I don't know if its because of the Pro Energy(Malic Acid and Magnesium) or not, but I do know its gone!

Hope you get some relief soon.

    Shalom, Shirl

    Hi,
I also have GERD and it is dreadful! I understand how you feel! I take a drug called Aciphex and it has been great!
    Hope this helps!

    Soft hugs!

I too get this off and on. I have Gas Reflux and take Tagamet 3 times a day. If I have it bad that day I will also take Phazeme which helps with excess gas and with IBS. The first is prescription and the second I get at the drug store which was recommended by my old doctor who has retired and joined Doctors Without Borders. Miss him so much! My present doctor is still questionable after over an year but not many to choose from here and will bear with him for now.

You should have your blood pressure checked out by your doctor, just in case you have high blood pressure.

    Hi Tennessee...
I, too, expereince tingling, burning and numbness in my lower lip, tongue and other places on my face. If I rub my face with a towel...my nose will tingling and I often feel like I have a wind burn on my cheeks. It can be quite disconcerting but thankfully doesn't affect my ability to talk or eat. As with most symptoms, my only worry is that it might get worse and be visible to other people. Take care.

Welcome to the board. You've found a great source of info both from the library & from the members here.

You may want to check out Meniere's disease (can cause ringing in ears, other things), I usually go to mayoclinic.com for simple info. A good friend had this for years, when she finally mentioned her symptoms she was put on medication which controls it completely for her. She says she wished she would have found out years ago!

This is all my most humble (& caring) opinion...looked over your posts and my first thought was that it doesn't sound to me like your dr is addressing many of your issues. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry, but it really sounds like you need to find a dr who will give you "more time and patience" and someone who can find a reason...or at least recommend a specialist who may be able to. You deserve the best...and remember, you're paying for his services--do you feel you're getting your money's worth? If the answer is no, check out the doctor referral on the home & library pages, or (duh to me...almost said type in your state..lol) post the question to the board for other members from tenn. to see if they recommend someone.

Best of wishes to you. Please let us know how you're doing & if you decide to go elsewhere, how you make out, k? Michele

And Arky too. I was born in Arkansas but have lived in Tn most of my life.

I don't have the burning etc you listed, but have all the rest.
I do get sores in my mouth when I'm really stressed out tho.

I too think you need to make sure your doc knows about all of your symtoms. If he does and dismisses it.....time to shop for a new doc!

    Best of luck to ya!
