    Hi there
I've been trying your sleep formula for some time now - I'm on my second bottle of Inositol. I believe I've been sleeping better, although still not marvellous, with the odd unexpected nights of insomnia. I'm not sure if even a the small dose of Melatonin suits me, so I sometimes omit it. My question is "what is the function of the Inositol for sleep"? On the container it merely says "it mobilises fat deposits in the liver caused by metabolic imbalance. Cheers TN.

for your response. For me the most valuable information is from "sufferers" who have tried and tested products and treatments (even though we're all different) - otherwise it's constantly re-inventing the wheel. It also offers comfort. Cheers TN

Is Inositol safe for GD? I do have to watch out for the meds/vitamins/supplements that I take. What works for one person, may not work for the next person.

    Thanks and take care... :)
