I read on another post that you are taking this for foot pain. Can you tell me about that? I have problems with pain in my feet and have been diagnosed with plantar fascitis, but really, I would call it Fibro. foot, because the pain is like all the other pain that I get. Why would my feet be any different!

Would appreciate it if you would post about the B-5 for foot pain.

    Thanks, Sally

my doc thinks I have end nerve damage in my feet, it's not plantar fascitis and it's not that I'm lacking B12.

I dont know how I can have that as its usually alcoholics and diabetics and I'm neither.

Anyway, I've been taking 400g of B5, Pantothenic Acid for a few weeks now and the pain has definitely decreased, it's not gone and I'm still using a stick but they were so bad I could hardly walk.

I was advised to use this by JeannefromCanada.

It's worth a try Sally, hope it works for you. Let me know how you get on.

oh and if you are taking any other B supplements then they should all be taken at the same time. I take mine around lunchtime.

    love Rosie
