    Hello,
Ah-ha, another one from BC. There aren't many of us around here, well, not that I know of anyways.
I've been looking into starting pilates but I haven't been able to find an instructer that won't charge an arm and a leg (I only got one good leg left;)
So are you lucky and live down south or trapped up north like me?
I've been spending most of the last two years waiting to see a specialist (Rheumatologist) that are down in Vancouver. But I've also talked to a few nurses from down south that have said that the wait is just as long. Darned if you do, and darned if you don't.
Drop me a message if you want to talk, or vent or just blab.

Hello. I am from North Vancouver Island - love it here. Would't want to live anywhere else. You can buy the pilates tapes but someone else on this Board tried it and found it too hard on the ol' bones. I can understand why as you have to actually hold yourself in position and exercise. I am sure I would go into spasm. Saw a rheumatologist a couple of years ago but unfortunately could not tolerate meds.I use the Gazelle and find that it helps - not too hard on the body. I am trying different vitamins - hopefully they will do the trick. I am trying to find out if we can buy ZMA in Canada, sounds like it is helping quite a few people here for sleep. We probably don't get it here. Have a great day Deby - take care.
