    Hi Shelby.

Sorry for the delay regarding sleeping meds from the other post. My Dad's 80th Bday was on Saturday and my hubby and I had to drive 6 hours Friday night to help my sister prepare for it. Not a good thing when you're in a flare, but we made it.

Anyway back to pain meds and sleep medications. Along with the 10mg of Morphine IR I take 7.5 mg of zopiclone, (I believe it's prety mucht he same as Lunesta in the States).

The combination of the two usually allows me to have a good sleep as long as my pain isn't out of control when I go to bed. Because I have had this neuralgia start in my legs and feet, I think I'm going to have to get some Lyrica as well.

I also have a muscle relaxant (Norflex) that I sometimes take at night as well. I don't have any problems with taking all three together, and I don't feel drowsy in the morning....just stiff!

    Hope this helps,

    Eileen
