To Sleep, Perchance to Dream

    Songs of sleep and/or dreams.

    The song Sleep was a mainstay in the repertoire of the Fred Waring
    glee club/orchestra. Saw the group in Minneapolis in the 1960s.
    They have lots of videos on Youtube.



    Mr. Sandman, Bring Me a Dream. A number one hit for the Chordettes
    in the 50s.

    All I Have to Do is Dream of You, An Everly Brothers hit in our High
    School Years.

    I Dreamed I was there in "Hillbilly Heaven". Recorded by Tex
    Ritter, Roy Rogers, and the Honky Tonk Angeles Dolly Parton,
    Tammy Wynette, and Loretta Lynn.

    But sleep won't come, the whole night through.
    "Your Cheatin' Heart" will tell on you.

    "Did You Ever See a Dream Walking" by Bing Crosby, from the 1933 movie 'Sitting Pretty'.

    "Dream", sung by Ray Charles/Frank Sinatra/Ella Fitzgerald.

    "I'll See You in My Dreams", by Louis Armstrong.
