I was watching some program (can't remember the name - a morning talk show) and they were detailing the top rated diets. I believe it was by Consumer Reports. They not only listed them, but had reps from each, listed the pros and cons, costs and had success stories. The # 1 rated diet is called Volumetrics. I had never heard of it before, but guess it's been around for a very long time. It is not a fad and not a 'quick fix'. It's a healthy weight loss program. The woman who was on as the success story said that it was the only diet plan that got zero bad reviews when she was researching. The premise is filling up on foods that are high in water content (volume) or something like that. I'm sorry I'm not giving good details, I was only half watching. BTW- Weight Watchers was #2, Jenny Craig #3 and Slim Fast was #4! Thought I'd share. I'm going to read more about it.
