I'm wondering what external pain relievers have worked best for you. Most effective and least smelly?

Used this for years; love it. From the health food stores.

It helps and even my hubby will rub it on. No smell at all.

    Good luck

    Hi Twerp

I have good results with Atrosan Gel, it made by A. Vogel.

Hope you can find it your way.

    Good Luck

list and will work my way through these. I know that what works for one may not for another, but I'm sure to find something that works for me from your suggestions.

I like these pain patches from Salonpas (some Wal-Marts have them) and I also use BioFreeze and like that alot. I got that from the chiropractor's office.

I order it off the net from a Candain Massage Therapist site. Its a lotion so you can massage it in really good. I found the biofreeze had so much alcohol in it that you couldn't really use it for massaging. I buy 32oz bottle for $58 Canadian which includes the taxes and the shipping! Love it! Then add my grain bags on top!
