This is the first thing that has helped my pain. I bought a bottle of roll-on pain relief liquid by mail that seemed to help, and the only active ingredient in it was menthol. This was really expensive, so I started looking around for something cheaper with the same ingredient. I found some pain relief cream at the dollar store with the same ingredients and bought 8 tubes of it :)

I told my doctor about it, and he said he's heard from a lot of people that menthol works. It's what makes the hot/cold sensation.

Just thought I'd share. Sometimes cheaper is better!

is the %of menthol in the product. The higher the % the better it works! I use deep cold plus w/aloe and it has around 3-4% menthol and is better/stronger than some others
