Tramadol/APAP 37.5MG/325MG

    Is this a different type of Trramidol than most are taking for Fibromylgia? It dosen't seem to help much other than take the edge off a bit.

    or anything else, was for me less good than taking aspirin (which I can't take due to stomach issues) I also don't take it with the APAP..but I'm relatively sure the APAP is Tylenol, nothing more. Sincerely, Bambi

    That was my guess that the APAP was Tylenol. So in other words the Tramadol is 37.5 MG and the tylenol is 325 MG.
