transdermal magnesium

    I can't tolerate magnesium orally, and know that taking supplements transdermally is absorbed well.

    Curious if anyone has tried it for pain, and where did you get it.

    Hi CarolEye - Have you tried soaking in Epsom Salts when you have a bath? Or even putting some into a bowl of water and soaking just your feet? Epsom Salt is full of magnesium and absorbs through the skin so that is another possibility for you as you can't tolerate oral magnesium.
