I have been on it for 10 days no side effects. I only take one a day but I plan on increasing my dose tomorrow. I am suppose to go up to 3 a day.

How many does everyone else take? Maybe I will feel bad when I up the dose?

I take it first thing in the morning now.

The TF 4000 is equivalent to TF System 100 and Formula 540; the TF 6000 is equivalent to System 200 and Formula 560.

Jane, It's hard to say when or if you will feel an immune response or a herx response. I'm taking Immune TF C and it took about 2 weeks. If it were me I would try 2 and see. You can always go back if you feel too awful The responses are so different, one cannot tell you exactly what you will feel. With me, it was increased pain, increased fatigue and intermittent sore throat, chills.

Don't worry too much. A response means that it is working and that's a good thing! And as I said, you are in control.

By the way, I am really starting to feel better so hang in there!

Good luck with the TF's. I had such a strong response that I could not take a whole capsule the first month. We are all different and respond differently. Keep us updated.

    Love, Mikie
