I've tried them over a period of several months. The only one that gave me much relief was the injections at the back of by head/neck. Other than that I would have only very short term relief of about a week.

My doctor decided to discontinue that treatment.

I have had trigger point injections - back way in the beginning - before I was diagnosed. It only helped me for a few hours.

Ive been watching this thread in anticipation. Was hoping someone would post positive results. I had the injections in my shoulder many yrs ago before my fibro dx. For bursitis. It was white hot pain for nothing as they didnt help. But if someone 2me in here with a glowing report Id have been at my doc asap. Darn.
