i had my elbow tendon surgery today or on the 27.

cody's team had a great season. almost went to state in california. the got to play at the oakland raiders coliseum.

google marinij.com and click on prep sports. he is in some of the team pics.

one of the commissioner's told the sports store where we purchased his varsity jacket and said they believed they selected the wrong team to go to state. but it was a difficult selection.

maybe next year the will go all the way.

Massage can make trigger points worse briefly. Flares aren't uncommon. The massage can irritate the nerves and muscles. You're on the right track, but you might want to back off a little for a while.

I go to a massage therapist who is very gentle with me. She told me a theracane would be too harsh for me. I noted it in my journal and then forgot. Later I got a cane and started working on my back myself, and got very sore.

What I do now (after allowing my back to rest) is very gently massage the points a little bit. I guess what it is for some of us, is we have both myofascial pain and trigger points and working on one can make the other worse.

Bummer, isn't it? I was looking forward to taking care of the pain myself. Massage and acupuncture both help me, but are limited because of finances.

What type of a ball are you using? If you are using a tennis ball, it may be to hard to start with. You may need to start with a plastic, air-inflated ball. Maybe you are doing to many trigger points at one time. Be sure to drink plenty of water before and after the trigger point massage.

It might help to soak in a warm bath before you work on the trigger points. Cold applied to the trigger points that you have worked can help afterwards. Trigger points develop slowly over time, so you can expect it to take some time to get rid of them.

    cody is number 64...

he is hiding in the back on your right in the corner getting drenched in the team picture at the oakland coliseum.

yes, we were all a little stunned as well. i met a man at the sports shop that was golfing w/a man that was on the committee to vote on which team went. that man stated he believes they sent the wrong team to state. what can you do? nothing, but hope next year cody may get the chance to go.

their stats were remarkable. cody did his job when in there as 2nd string noseguard. the first stringer made mcal all-league defensive player of the year. cody had his chance to start as offensive left guard but chose to learn noseguard, he likes the tackling and hitting more exciting to him.

just got back from casino and won almost 3k tonight. good night. i had them take the taxes out of the payouts. i also learned that i can take my losses off from my wins. yeah.

p.s. i think the team finished 12-1. i could be wrong. but i will check it out.

Gentle message is the best way to begin. When you do deep message too quickly. it is like overexercising. It sound like you have inflammation in your body. I hope you eat well, especially no processed foods and no sugar. Please , please try zyflamend by New Chapter. It works and is safe. Read about it. I suffered for years and am now pain free.

if the committee could have used the margin of victory of teams. we would've gone to state for sure. politics
