Dear All, My pain has been reduced by about 30-50%....maybe more. I've been taking Magnesium and Milled flax seed. Milled Flax seed being the greatest contributor to relieving pain. I'm so use to being in pain for so many years that I'm having a difficult time with not feeling the brain *stimulating* (although fuzzy) effect caused by pain. I've suffered from Chronic depression for years and it seems that my depression might have got worst. I seem lost in my body and bizarre at times because the pain isn't constantly there to *comfort* me in a sick way I guess. I guess it takes the mind/body awhile to adapt after years of being in pain. Xanax helps my brain to deal with the anxiety cause by my NEW body. I think Mikie is in therapy because of the less-pain-more-anxiety syndrome. (I made that syndrome up) Anyone else finding or has found it more difficult mentally since the Unwelcome Friend pain doesn't visit much or is gone?
