TRY THIS FOR A SLEEPING POSITION TO START THE DREAMTIME

    bECAUSE OF A NECK PROBLEM I DECIDED TO IMPROVE THE ARCH IN MY NECK I LAY ON MY FRONT WITH CHIN STRETCHED OUT LIKE YOU WERE STANDING AT ATTENTION WITH HEAD ARCHED BACK BUT LAYING DOWN, FOREHEAD RESTING ON PILLOW CHIN HARD PRESSED AGAINST BED, IMPROVES AIR FLOW I GUESS,AND PERHAPS IMPROVES POSTURE MAYBE NOT GOOD FOR ONES WITH DISK PROBLEMS , HAVE NOTICED IMPROVED SLEEP AND LESS DAYTIME FATIGUE AND MUSCLE PAIN,

    GO FOR IT IF YOUR GAME!!!!

    WITH JAW PRESSED DOWN ON BED ROOL PILLOW UP REST FOREHEAD ON IT BREATH THROUGH NOSE , SORRY HAD TO JUMP INTO BED TO REMIND MYSELF OF HOW I DO IT....
