a little treat that you can give yourself is to soak in a hotbath with about 2cups of epsom salts dissolved in the warm water. It really does help sooth the aches and pains and done within 1hr of bedtime will help you sleep. It has been very cold in washington state this week and I have been suffering miserablly with this fms. I have to be out warming up a cold school bus at 6.20am and my body is in pain. I look forward to my bathing treat each evening.

I do find that it helps with the minor aches and pains over all, but mostly, the warm bath seems to help me sleep a bit better some nights. After a bath, I usually try to slather on some lavender scented lotion as I have read htat lavender is very soothing. I am all for whatever works!
