Are any of you having this problem? My dr. told me if I have fm, I also have cfs. I'm beginning to believe it. Lately, when I'm driving to or from work, I find myself having a difficult time keeping my eyes open...NOT GOOD! Especially on mountain roads! I don't know what to do, I'm thinking seriously of asking my husband to drive me to work, but I don't want to act like an invalid. I think if I could just go to work about 11am I would do much better, but that doesn't exactly cut it in the nursing field. Have any suggestions? I know it's not my pain medicine, because that actually gives me energy when it finally kicks in, which takes 1 1/2 to two hours, that's probably why I feel better later in the morning. groan....cb :)

Sniffing a good quality peppermint oil is said to keep people awake. Apparently our troups and cops use it.
