Tumeric enhances glutathione

    Check out this detailed, but excellent site, on the benefits of Tumeric (curcumin). A few posters here have talked about the positive results they were having. I think it is worth checking out.

    Thanks, I actually ordered it last week as it inhibits EBV virus which I have. Can't wait to get to see if it works!

    is very good. But how much to take? I buy it from the health food store in bulk. I put it in a spice jar and add it to salad, egg salad, soup, etc. I don't know how many milligrams are in the bulk form. Guess I'll have to do some more reserach.

    UCLA has been doing a lot of clinical trials on turmeric for Alzheimers. Thanks for posting this info!

    I'm on it, a couple of capsules throughout the day. In another month or so, we should compare results on this thread.
