    Merry Christmas everyone!
We had a doctor appointment yesterday...this is our doc that we travel 2 hours to see, but he is worth it. He gave us a full hour (more than an hour, actually) of his undivided attention and listened to all of my questions. One I had been researching recently was Addison's disease, and he said, yes, our son probably has a mild form of it. I am excited, because we have something to treat! He'll try a low dose of Cortef for 30 days and see if that helps. He also put him on DMSA capsules for his latent mercury toxicity. So I am very hopeful that he'll be able to stay in college this time.

Thank you for all of your helpful advice...I value all of your input. Blessings, Terri

He seems better already! He did a lot of housecleaning with me yesterday and seemed more energetic. I'm hoping it's the Cortef...I'll keep you guys updated. Merry Christmas- Love, Terri
