She listened to how I've been feeling, and unlike my doctor, thinks I MIGHT have CFS or Fibro - but she's not a doctor and like many here said, thought I should get a second opinion. I have a bad cold now (and seem to be fighting it like normal - I guess CFS people still can, right?), and will make my appointment for next week.

Does anyone here with CFS or Fibro experience this: after a long sleep especially, it's VERY hard to wake up. It's like my mind's kind of hypnotized asleep, and even when it gets a little better, I'm still tired, headachey, foggy, and sleepy.

Great for you going to see a therapist. Glad that went well. Sorry about your bad cold. Hope you are better soon.
Did you decide on seeing a new doctor? Sounds like that's the general consensus.

For me, after a long sleep, I feel kind of "foggy". My mind isn't very clear for awhile. I don't have headaches though. Hopefully a new doctor can help you address the sleep issues.

    Take care and be well,
