    Sometimes this works like magic for me. Easy to do, too. I press on each pressure point for about 5 seconds each. Then lay there wide awake for about two minutes, then suddenly out like a light.

    Thank you for sharing this video, it is so helpful! I think a lot of people suffer from insomnia and i am a firm believer in acupressure.
