    Walking can help you to attain the fitness goals that you desire. Walk with your heel coming down first, which can give you the best workout and increase your level of effort. Swing your arms back and forth with every step, bending at the elbows, to work them out as well.

    Yes I agree.... walking is a very good exercise. It has many health benefits.

    Yes walking helps to keep our health fit by improving good blood circulation all over the body, this regularise the function of organs and makes us feel healthy and fit.
  4. for improving better health we need to do exercise on regular basis.
