Does anyone else find their gait is more "rolling" than smooth when walking? I seem to have an imbalance that I can only attribute to my fibromyalgia. An I alone in this? I have to concentrate very hard if I want to walk completely straight. If I am hurrying I walk like a sailor who has just stepped ashore!

I tend to roll from side to side, if that's what you mean. It's because of the pain in my lower back and hips. I don't expect to ever be walking straight again. Shucks!

Yes, I walk very unsteady. It's the way that I've read people with MS sometimes walk. I can't balance myself and sometimes (most of the time) hold on to the walls and furniture as I walk.

It's not due to pain, although I have plenty of that. I cannot wear any heels on my shoes now. Even my bedroom shoes have to be completely flat. It has gotten worse over time. I have FM and CFS.
