My daughter and I started weight watchers last Tuesday. We are both about 60-80 pounds over weight. I am 64 and she is 36. We are both supporting each other. I take my hat off to those of you who have lost weight. I try to take it one day at a time, and be very aware of what I am putting in my mouth. I drink at least 48 oz. of water (6-eight ounce glasses) every day. I have the Fibro. I take many different meds each day. I do know that once I start to take the weight off, I will feel better both mentally and physically. Good luck to you all.

Join the club- I started two weeks ago. It's not easy to change eating habits, is it? I want to lose at least 40 lbs. but I already feel better eating less. Are you able to exercise much? Walking is helping us (my husband is on this too) but we don't have fibro. Let's keep each other motivated, OK? Terri

I am not consistant w/ the points, but have begun to eat healthier. I need support, can't do it alone. I lost 5.5 so far.

Let us know how you do!
