What about Sublingual B12?

    My Aunt, who has Epstien Barr takes Tri Vita Sublingual B-12 and highly recommends it. I see that it is very expensive. Has anyone tried this? Other brands?

    Its contains most of the B vitamins. I know that it works since I get a niacin flush if I double the dose.

    B12 will help a CFS/FM patient IF they are deficient or IF they have a Intrinsic factor disorder. The intrisic factor is now known to be a lack of hydrochloric acid (HCL)in the stomach. Betadine HCL is a supplement that makes HCL in the stomach
