a person goes thru the whole process of filing for Disability and everything gets turned down?
    Can you ever apply again?
And if so, how long do you have to wait?

    THANKS,

I have been through it all. waiting for the attny to take it to court. VERY flusterating. I have read many many sights on SSDisability and yes you can re-apply. You can do it at any point is how I understand it after any denial. I wanted to after I was denied by the Judge and attny said no way too much back pay coming. However in a sight that I found it stated you are more likely to receive benefits by re-applying then by going through the appeals counsel. Guess they were right, however I haven't yet re-applied I am sure I would be better off. search under social security disability appeals and see what you come up with for info that is what I did.
Good luck to you I know how flusterating it can be.

from many on this board that you almost ALWAYS get turned down the first time, so you must have an att'y and apply a second time!
