I need to ask people to write letters to SS but everyone says "what do you want me to write?"

I have no idea what should be included. Any suggestions?

Thanks so much in advance, I forget I post and then never reply. It is not that I don't appreciate your replies, I just don't remember I have posted until I think to get on here again.

That was good advise calcedonia offered. I would also
make note of how long they have known you, so they can assess your deterioration, and how dis-
couraging these changes have been in your life. The
isolation it has caused, and some specifics about your
limitations. (They like to be able to measure things. Like
how far can you carry how many pounds of something. They use this to determine if you are suitable for some other kind of work/perhaps less strenuous.) For example: she used to work full time doing a b c and x y z, and is now reduced to doing her hygiene in steps. Bathe, rest, dry off, rest, brush hair and do teeth while sitting down due to the muscle fatigue. This alone can exhaust her and agravate her pain. All this just to go to a Dr. appt. which is all the socialization she has some weeks.
I know this sounds dramatic, but everything you
write or have a friend write for you should reflect how
you are feeling on your worst day. Not when you are trying
to suck it up and be a hero. See what I mean? I hope this
    helps, and wish you well.
