Hi everyone :>) Can the heat/humidity affect our trigger

point pain? I have had a recent change in my pain and the

only thing I can come up with is that the heat/humidity is

causing this. I live in the south and the heat/humidity is

getting pretty ferocious as it does this time of year. My

trigger points in my arms and legs are just killing me. I

don't usually have bad arm/leg pain and it hurts right in

the trigger points really bad. It hasn't hurt like this in

so long. I know when the seasons change in November and it

gets colder here I hurt like this. Do ya'll have trouble

with heat/humidity affecting your pain levels or trigger

point pain? The only other change in my life would be me

recently going on Zoloft for my hormones/PMDD since being

diagnosed with endometriosis. At first I wasn't sleeping

quite as well as normal due to the med causing some type of

change in my sleep. At first I woke up every hour for like

the first night I was on it, but after that I just haven't

been able to sleep as long. I wake up after 6-7 hours and

cannot go back to sleep, but the longer I am on it, the

longer I am able to sleep. I have been on it for 2 weeks

now. It really helps with hormone problems ya'll. Have had

some serious relief from horrific PMS. But anyhow, I know

having sleep disturbances can affect my pain, but my sleep

is just almost back to normal so I just don't think that it

is that. What do ya'll think? This trigger point pain

is just really painful!! Right in the middle of my arm, and

then my upper arms, and my legs just throb. I thought it

was a PMS pain w/ the legs, but have been on my period 3

days and the legs are still throbbing. UG ..........

calgon take me away!!!!!!!!! Love ya'll, Carla
