    I take a supplement of calcium citrate (600mg),magnesium (300mg),zinc (15mg) and manganese (5mg).
I know what all the others are, but have no idea what manganese is, can anyone help me?

P.S. I take 2 tablets a day , so it would be twice the amounts I mentioned above.

Manganese is a mineral just like calcium, magnesium, zinc and so forth. It just has other uses. It's supposed to important for normal functioning of the brain and also needed for normal bone structure among other things. The intake should be 2 to 5 milligrams a day. Over 10mg can be toxic. Hope this helps.
