I have been using Eskimo omega3 105 soft gels. I find it's really costly, is there an alternative? What dose do most of you take? I was only taking 3 a day, guess that's not enough.
Thanks ahead of time for your help!!!!

but I did read that keeping them in the freezer help with tummy and fishy burps.

I store mine in the freezer and it works!

Guess that's why I like the Eskimo brand, never once got a feeling I ever used it. No taste.
Dr. Teitelbaum recomended it, but at $18.00 for one month, that seems pricey.
Freezer is good idea! I threw some other brand out because I kept getting that burp, yuck.

    Hi, there!

Well, Eskimo-3 is the only brand that doesn't give me fish burps. I think it's because they put a lot of antioxidants in it to keep it fresh. To me, it's worth the price.

I take 9 capsules a day. Three with each meal.
