The other day I was thinking, wow, if only I could sleep every night - that would be so great. Then I thought, if I could eliminate one symptom, I would actually pick brain fog first; oh, to be able to think clearly again. So, my order would be:
    1. Brain fog
    2. Energy
    3. Sleep
    4. No pain

What order would you pick to eliminate symptoms?

Oh dear this is a hard one!

    1. pain (weight gain goes hand in hand with this as it's keeping me from being as active as I would like)
    2. low energy levels
    3. the dreaded fog

I put the brain fog as last because if I didn't hurt and had more energy then I would be able to study harder and I'd be able to do all my cleaner so I'd be more organized so it wouldn't matter if I was still confuzzled most of the time. Even if I was my old smart self I still wouldn't be able to do all my work and cleaning if I still had the pain and lack of energy.

between fatigue and lack of energy.
Right after that would be the sleep problems.

I am lucky to not have much pain or fog, but the fatigue/ lack of energy keeps me in bed alot.

    #1 Pain
    #2 Pain
    #3 weakness of limbs
    #4 energy
#5 fibro fog (but without pain it is better then)
#6 Good sleep (pain keeps me up or wakes me up)
#7 no allergies or sinus problems

I know I repeated myself....but pain is the worst of all.

    Blessings to everyone Susan

For me I really want to lose weight. And not just a small amount. But with bad knee's & the pain that comes with them I can't work out at all.
    1.NO Pain.

    2. More energy

    3.Better Sleep

    4 being able to remember.

There is much more that I want to be able to do. Maybe if I could get out of my house and do things again I would not feel so alone. I am starting to do a new painting procject. It is a perpetuale {SP} calender. And as I was looking at it I am missing one peice the # 22 and I have a blank to make it but I don't quite know how to do it. But it won't take me long to fugure it out. I will try to get a pitcure taken when it is done and post it as well.

It seems to me that my symptoms are linked, so i would get rid of the fatigue because that seems to be the cause of my memory and concentration problems. Killing tow birds with one stone!

I put sleep first because if I would ever feel rested I think the other things would somewhat fall into place. On those rare occasions when I can sleep well I feel much better.

    1. Sleep
    2. Excess appetite
    3. Energy
    4. Brain fog
    5. Pain

    No 1)My headaches and migraine
closely followed by the body pain.... Am sure after they have gone the fatigue etc would disappear too. I would be able to sleep and get a life.

Oh to have a magic wand!)

Lack of Stage 4 sleep. That right there would solve a huge amount of problems.

My pain is under good control most of the time with meds. I would eliminate my tired legs so I wouldn't have to walk with crutches.

Fatigue and no energy, but then if I could sleep maybe that would help. So #1 is very hard to say. Brain fog would be next on the list, the last few weeks are scaring me, with remembering anything (from even 5 min. ago). I am so scared (and tired), I changed my appoint. at Fcc for next weed instead of the 20th.
