I just started taking a couple more vitamins and I really think they are helping. 1. I'm currently taking 1600 IU vitamin D (I feel this is essential) 2. Vitamin B complex with vitamin C 3. Magnesium, zinc & calcium (time will tell on this vitamin) 4. Acidopholus --- cause I always seem to have yeast issues PLUS it works great for the immune system. It really seems to be helping with the cold/flu season. I just went thru a bout and I believe it was short lived and also not as severe as usual. 5. Plus vitamin B12 & B6 for migraines. It seems to work better than Topomax for me.
