What's happened to "Stidham" (Debbie)'s posts?

Yesterday, I answered one of her prayer requests. Unfortunately, just as I sent my response the board had a problem and I couldn't access it again.

I discovered this afternoon that my reply never made it to the board, but didn't have time to write a new one.

This evening (It's almost 11 P.M.), I signed on and discovered that all of Debbie's posts are gone.

Did something happen that I missed?

If anyone can solve this mystery, I would appreciate it.

    Hi Della and Sarah,

Unfortunately Debbie was banned yesterday. She was banned for posting her email address, she knew that she may get banned for doing this, but she felt that it was very important to post her email for a special friend.

She is very sad that this happened and she will miss everyone and her prayers will always be with all of you.

Others here would care to respond to Debbie's banning in the same manner as I did.

I sent an email to the webmaster requesting he reconsider this decision. This email was not sent in anger , but rather asking that I hope he would follow along the lines of Christ our Lord's teachings of forgive so that you shall be forgiven. Please , have no anger...That is not the Lord's way.

    IMHO , Debbie's offense was a misdemeanor & not a felony.

And it was an attempt to help a friend.... & I hope we all can come together in an attempt to help her.

No matter what happens Debbie , you shall remain in our prayers & thoughts.

    Blessings , b/c.

I am in contact with Debbie and will pass on your well wishes and concerns. This was her greatest sadness with being banned is losing her dear friends on the Worship board. I know she loves you dearly... dona

Stidham was ALWAYS such a sweety and so helpful. I am so shocked she was banned. What a shame. Send her my best!

I have passed on all your messages and your concern to my sister Debbie (Stidham)and by the way, she is my real biological sister, and she is touched by the concern you all expressed for her.

I also am shocked that she was banned without even a warning. She has done nothing but good on this board since she became a memeber here. When did all the rules change? I mean it did not used to be so strict. What happened all of a sudden that for one little mistake one gets banned?

Well, anyways, I will continue to believe that my sister should still have a place on this board to do the Lords work, and she did that very well.

    Wishing things were different.
She will be missed a great deal!!!
    Please tell her so~
She has a heart of gold~

This board never use to be so strict ,....
I'd say the last 6 months its gotten to where we are all on pins and needles with what we are allowed to say/do.
They never use to be so picky. ????

I was very sad to hear debbie is gone. She was our rock here and I`m going to miss her so much. This worship board won`t be the same without her. I wish they would reconsider.

Its just more depressing news today. My son broke his arm in football last nite. I`m exhausted, and have a bad sinus infection. Its all too much.

Debbie, we love you and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Take care, ok!

    Love, Sandy

my experience that an email to the webmaster has been more effective & less dangerous than a " public " statement...

I'm not asking for public statements that may cause problems.... Rather I request a private opinion to the webmaster.... maybe I'm full of s**t.... or too positive.., But I've never seen anyone banned for expressing their private opinion to a webmaster... just my thoughts & experience...

    Blessings , b/c.

I agree with all you said...

I'm not trying to raise a big flap.....

But , I will offer myself up as the "scapegoat"..

Kick me off & let stidham/debbie back here.... She has a lot more to offer...

    Blessings , b/c.

but lets remember God is in control. There are rules that we agree to when we register to be on this website. I feel this is a commitment, saying that we will do as we are asked to do, and to obey the rules. Debbie is a very loving, God fearing, prayer warrior, and she will remain in my prayers...

Let our yes be yes and our no be no. In Christ's love...

A rule was broken..... but I feel what she did was for a friend and put only her at risk & was not dangerous for this board or anyone here....

Two things our Lord taught us keep rattling around in my mind..........

Let he(she) who is w/o sin cast the 1st stone.

Greater love no man(woman) has than to risk their life for a friend.

    Blessings , b/c.

of our lives when we surrender to Him. I am sure Debbie knew the consequences for her actions. I pray that she will know peace of mind and find a way to minister to all.

If Debbie was in obedience to what and where God was leading her then I pray He will make a way for her.

Rules need to be followed, don't let the Devil start stepping on the people on this board, we have bonded together in prayer, and we all know that a threefold cord is not easily broken let us pray for Gods hand to touch this situation.

that in the next few months they were going to work on redesigning message boards, and would keep my request in mind. I asked that they figure a way for people to exchange email if both parties have requested it.

Thank You for letting us know that Tech Support is keeping your request in mind.

I miss Debbie terribly, Which I know all of you do too. I'm continuing to pray that they will reconsider their decision and let her back on the boards.

It is so sad that the Devil can win when one of us makes a mistake, I understand what Debbie was trying to do, & I would have liked to do the same thing. I know she only had someone else's best interests at heart, it seems harsh to nban a first misdemenor.
I hope & trust Debbie is doing ok. My prayers, thoughts & thanks are with her, she is a good friend, & I can only hope she is doing ok.

Stidham /Debbie is still in our prayers & thoughts!!!

I'm relatively certain she has found another board that she can contribute to & accept support from..

I'd hoped the "jury" here would have reached a verdict before now.... but we all know which hand tends to fill up 1st..

Bottom line.... don't give up the faith..... Patience is often the biggest trial...

My best to both of you !!!!!

    Blessings , b'c.
