what's working for me so far

    1. taking a medical leave of absence for at least 3 months from private practice as psychiatrist
    2. joined a 4-8 week FM rehab program at Kentfield Rehab Hospital, CA
    3. occupational therapy focuses on pacing, activity levels, upper extremities, neck and arms,hands,shoulders
    4. physical therapy focuses on back and lower extremities; insomnia
    5. recording all activities, responses,changes necessary
    6. pacing all activites
    7. introducing daily exercise and rest periods
    8. obtaining regular massage therapy/bodywork
    9. becoming more educated
    10.getting support and love from friends and family even though i'm not doing everything i used to do for everyone!
