I've noticed that on most days I wake up with a little bit of energy. I'm able to get dressed, have breakfast (I'm retired), do some computer work (pay bills, read e-mail, etc.) and even walk the dog (about 20 minutes). That gets me to about 11:00 a.m. At this point I need a nap desperately. Once I have one (even if I only rest), I have enough energy to finish the day. Some days I need to lie down around 3:00 p.m. again. What about you?
