When do you run out of energy?

I've noticed that on most days I wake up with a little bit of energy. I'm able to get dressed, have breakfast (I'm retired), do some computer work (pay bills, read e-mail, etc.) and even walk the dog (about 20 minutes). That gets me to about 11:00 a.m. At this point I need a nap desperately. Once I have one (even if I only rest), I have enough energy to finish the day. Some days I need to lie down around 3:00 p.m. again.

    What about you?

I work in an office, and it seems like I do fairly well until right after lunch, then my energy just takes a hike. It usually manages to make its way back at about 3:30, but that hour and a half is murder!

On weekends, I usually take a nap about then.

about 1 pm. This gives me enough energy to help with homework etc. when the kids get home from school and also to get dinner fixed. Then I crash again.

    Best wishes,
