When Exercising is too painful....

    I know one of the best ways to cope with FMS is to exercise and keep healthy, but how am I supposed to do that when I feel so awful all the time? I have no energy and even if I can work up the strength to do something I'm in too much pain to feel like I can get a good workout. Anybody have any suggestions as to how to start? And how to keep motivated?

    I find it very hard to exercise as well. Seems the best I can do is go along with one of the dog walks or walk over to my MIL's house. I have always thought the same question you are asking.
