I've just spoken on the phone with a case manager from the law firm from www.disabilitysecrets.com.

Have any of you signed on with this particular law firm (Berry & Associates) to represent your SSDI case?

If so, did you have a positive experience? Did you win your case?

    Thanks so much!

This is actually who is handling my case now.

I havent won yet but I am in the waiting for the ALJ stage. They have been nice in any dealings I have had with them which isnt a whole heck of alot. I do need to call them soon and get them to send me another form for my psychiatrist to fill out. Im attempting to get my disability on both psychiatric and fibro/arthritis issues.

I did the telephone interview with one of their agents, then filled in all the paperwork they sent me & mailed it back to them.

Received a letter from them yesterday. They turned me down. Didn't feel that they could represent me.

That's the 2nd law firm that has turned me down.

Hope the other two people who have been posting in this thread have better luck with this law firm.
