Why do you think more women get these syndromes than men?

There's probably a hormonal link. However, when I got sick in 91, there were two men about my age with it just as severe as me in the local support group. And if you add Gulf War Syndrome, which may be the same disease, there's alot of men with it. I've also known alot of men from the UK who have severe ME.

It probably hormones, plus some kind of other trigger. Maybe some men carry it but it doesn't get triggered unless the conditions are just right, like a lyme coinfection or something.
