Why glutathione is so important in cfs.......

    Glutathione is the body's "master" anti-oxidant and is critical to help rid the body of toxins. Below are paragraphs from 3 studies, showing how low glutathione can cause a breakdown of the cells of the digestive tract, diarrhea, etc. The methylation cycle is the body's primary way to make glutathione.

    Here is a study showing that ALL cfs patients tested had abnormal methylation and 83% had low levels of glutathione!
