I am off Lexapro completely and starting Lyrica 25mg w/food 2x a day.

My PCP said give it another try, and you all seem to be having good results, so I am willing to give it a try again.

He also told me no to physical therapy of any kind. He has found in his patients it makes it worse. To stick with massages.

I also got Dr. Pellegrino's book and am reading the nutritional portion first.

Wish I could find a doctor like him in Florida.

It sounds like you have a great, understanding doc. I agree with the physical therapy. It certainly made me worse, but they were very understanding and gave me some gentle techniques using the ball....mostly balance activities since my balance was off so much. I really appreciated their understanding, but many are not like that.

Nutrition plays a big part in our wellbeing, and it's great that you are starting with that. The hard part for me is finding the energy to follow through with it most days due to fatigue. But it's what we all need to fight this with, for a starter.

Good luck to you in your search for better health. **Jole**
