For the past 7 years I have heavily restricted what I do in daily life so as not to 'overdo' it. I was lucky enough to be able to hold down a full time job (struggling) but without any other means to pay bills I felt I had to. BUT, I had a life changing event this past Christmas and turned to reflexology to help with anxiety. It enlightened me and I am now training to be a reflexologist. While I know the work will be draining I feel that doing something I love will make life less of a struggle. I now have a positive outlook on life. I actually think my works building is 'toxic' as I had no health issues before I started working there. So, onwards and upwards. I now believe that CFS does not define me and I am looking forward to the future :)

Hi, Rumi, welcome to Chit Chat. I'm so happy you are on a new, and healthier, path. My Mom practiced reflexology but wasn't a professional. Best of luck to you.

    Love, Mikie
