Not sure if my last post went through or not, but I deal with severe pain in my knee on a daily basis. Went to a walk in clinic today and the Dr. was suggesting another arthroscopic surgery for my knee. Finally! Someone listening to me after 4 years of hell!
Guess thinking of the end is still a distance away.

I heard of it happening but never experienced it til my arthroscopic surgery.

I had a flare-up of pain I never experienced before. My DIL is a nurse and she said they may have forced my neck back too hard to get the tube in for the anesthesia.

But Georgetown U. did research on anesthesia and FMS.

I have had arm, shoulder, neck and rib pain ever since my surger on my knee on 2/15/08.

It is still with me and is painful trying to get out of bed in the morning.

I won my WC case on my knee and have filed for SS and am allowed to work p/t, which is all I can do now.

I am trying all I know to get back to the way I was before surgery, functioning with moderate pain....now it's excrutiating at times.

Read the study they had done. Put a search in for anesthesia and FMS.

You may not experience it, we are all different with FMS and MPD.
