I had many injuries to my neck and a spine doctor told me the arthritic problem is do to an injury.

I have been trying to reopen my last claim and I also have FM and now I am having a hard time getting my claim reopened. Workers Comp feels my neck pain is do to the FM and not the injuries. I told workers comp the pain I have is different and they will not listen.

Does anyone else have the same problem?

Have you talked to a Workers' Comp attorney? If not, do so.

Don't know the law in your state. Where I live, a consultation with
a comp attorney is free. By law, the attorney gets no fee until he/she
gets an award for you, and the judge approves the fee. (Usually 15%
    of the award.)

    Good luck
