I know calcium and magnesium complement one another. I also know that the prevailing feeling seems to be that you should not take them together, but rather at different times of day. Why, then, is it so hard to find a calcium supplement, whether it's the "hot" coral calcium, calcium citrate, etc. that does NOT contain at least some magnesium???

How can you take them separately when they're together in one pill (she stupidly asked??!!)

Can anyone recommend a good, really absorbable type of calcium that does NOT come packaged with magnesium?

Thanks for any advice, you guys are the greatest!!

    Hugs,
