I hava question.
What do you think about yoga for fibromialgia?
airama ... I do yoga .. it is tailored to my specific needs and ability .. but it is basic yoga, while laying on my bed .. having warmed my lower back muscles with the heating pad in preperation of timed deep stretching of legs .. lower back muscles .. arms .. etc ...
It makes a huge difference with how I am feeling .. some times I can't do it because I'm in too much pain but I do keep it as regular as possible .. it HELPS !!

I too have started yoga (once/week). I see a difference beginning to take place in my muscle strength. I used to quiver and shake on e very move, but I seem to be getting stronger. I feel so much better, at peace, after I finish. The stretching is really good too (go slowly).
