Hello everyone! A couple of weeks ago, looking outside at the dreary weather and knowing that point blank me + gyms = recipe for disaster (I hurt my back getting ON to a bike 3 years ago - first exercise at gym...and last!). Anyhoo....I decided that a) I wanted to lose weight (again) and b)my mother kept banging on about yoga, so I thought I would give it a try. Well folks, I am ADDICTED. I have only missed doing one day in 2 weeks - and I mean MISS. As you may (or may not) know there are a variety of different kinds of yoga - some much more strenuous than others.
