ZMA Questions

    I just read the info on ZMA since I'm having a terrible problem with insomnia. I'm concerned about it increasing the testosterone level. Can anyone give me some insight on this? Thanks.

    If you take the appropriate dose for females, which is listed on the bottle, you should have no problems. And, if you are peri-menopausal or later, you probably could use a bit more testerone.

    all i can say is that i think it has helped me with the night sweats. i'm 45 and as for as i can tell the testosterone has not effected me at all. majic

    Mel must be one big bundle of testosterone. No wonder he's such a fiesty devil!
